The first six years don’t repeat.
A screen-free early years school in Nallagandla, Hyderabad for children aged 12 months to 6 years.
Kawa is built for one outcome. A child who can direct their own attention and stay with a hard problem.
A great deal of early years provision moves children through a predictable sequence of activities. Kawa was designed differently, around a specific outcome. A child who can direct their own attention and stay with something difficult long enough to actually understand it. Every structural decision at Kawa, the environment, the length of uninterrupted work time, the educator approach, exists in service of that outcome.
We are a premium early years school in HUDA Layout, Nallagandla, Hyderabad, for children aged 12 months to 6 years.
Arrival and breakfast. A long, uninterrupted work block in which the child chooses where their attention goes. A specialist studio. Outdoor time. Pickup at the main entrance, calm and unhurried. And that evening, a personal note from your child's educator about something specific they made, said or figured out today.
The schedule is not divided into twenty-minute activity slots. The day has a rhythm that children come to know and trust, and that trust is what makes sustained engagement possible.
See the full day ›With a parent or caregiver, three mornings each week. The first experience of a designed environment, built for curiosity.
Explore Roots ›Before a child can wonder, they need to feel safe. Before they can create, they need to feel seen. Foundations is where that begins.
Explore Foundations ›Three-year-olds ask over 70 questions a day. Most environments answer them. At Kawa, we build on them.
Explore Discovery ›The habits of mind that make great thinkers form at four and five, not at fourteen. This is the window Inquiry is built for.
Explore Inquiry ›Most children spend their early years being told what to do. Leadership is Kawa’s answer to what those years could be instead.
Explore Leadership ›Curiosity is not managed at Kawa. It is protected. We create conditions where children ask enormous questions and are taken seriously when they do.
Making is thinking. Children at Kawa learn by doing, building, drawing, experimenting, expressing. Every day involves hands, materials and imagination.
The deepest learning happens between people. We cultivate genuine relationships with educators, with peers and with the wider community as the root of all development.
Every child at Kawa is becoming someone. We see the whole child, not just the learner but the person they already are and the person they are growing into.
We are accepting enquiries for our inaugural cohort. Every enquiry is answered personally within 48 hours.
